1Requires a $5,000 minimum daily ledger balance in checking, savings, CD's and IRA accounts to avoid a $15.00.

2We use the daily balance method to determine the minimum balance to obtain the Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) on Savings, Interest Checking and Money Market accounts. Fees could reduce the earnings on the account.

3Savings, Interest Checking and Money Market accounts are variable rate accounts and the interest rate and APY may change at any time and in any amount we choose. The APY on Certificates of Deposit assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity as withdrawals of interest accrued during the time will reduce earnings.

4The Prime Rate is a variable rate and is indexed to the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal for the last day of each month. Interest is accrued daily and compounded monthly. If the balance falls below the $10,000 minimum any day in the monthly cycle, a monthly fee of $25 will be imposed and no interest paid on those days.

Current interest rate and APY information as well as Jumbo Certificate information can be obtained by calling a personal banker at any AmeriMark Bank:
Villa Park at 630-530-5000; Countryside at 708-579-4300; or Glen Ellyn at 630-858-5555.

A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawals from Certificates of Deposit. "TRUTH-IN-SAVINGS DISCLOSURE" material is also included in a separate brochure for all other deposit accounts.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”):
Deposits are insured up $100,000 per FDIC regulations
