Attorney Trust accounts are designed for attorneys for handling client funds as prescribed by law. This account allows
for the separation of funds and ensures that they are not commingled with other funds. The interest earned on these
accounts, as stipulated by law, will be reported (for IRS tax purposes) and mailed to the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois.
