Zero Balance Accounts
This product features a benefit that allows for elimination of excess balances in multiple accounts. The Zero balance
accounts then balance off a master operating account by automatically transferring excess funds at the end of each business
day to the master operating account. The account feature is integrated with a sweep investment account. This is an effective
way of handling your excess cash balances.

Sweep Accounts
The sweep account feature allows for end of the day transfers of excess DDA balances to earn additional money in another AmeriMark
Bank account such as your money market or savings account.
The sweep feature can also act in the reverse, by making transfers back into your operating account on an as-needed basis from a
money market* or savings* account.
* Transfers from a Money Market or savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized automatic, computer,
or telephone transfers are limited to six per monthly statement cycle. And, from a money market account no more than three by
check, draft, or similar order to third parties.

Lock Box Services
Use AmeriMark's post office box, our resources, and our coupon books, to receive same day credit of your receivables. We will
work with you to customize a collection process that meets your needs. Our service will offer several options to you to assist
in maximizing collections, reduce expenses related to collecting, clearing and reconciling receivables. This could include daily
deposit information, daily reconciliation of account activity, fax or photocopies of deposited items.

Payroll Services
AmeriMark will assist your company in setting up an efficient payroll process with one of two leading payroll processors in the
country, ADP or Paycheck Systems. Your employees would receive immediate availability of their pay through direct deposit to an
AmeriMark Bank account, including our AmeriFree Checking. This account offers no minimum balance requirements and 24-hour access
through our automated teller machine (ATM) services.
